GW6Lin configuration through FTP

  1. Make a configuration with GWS.exe and save it as binary file
    • File > Save As > Binary file (*.bin) (gwSetup.bin)
  2. Connect to GW6 via a SFTP client (for instance WinSCP)
  3. Copy the binary configuration file (gwSetup.bin) to /home/ftpuser directory.
    • Wait about 1 minute (this is unnecessary if reset is sent through the configuration program)
  4. Perform reset operation to Telem-GW6 device
  5. Wait until the device resumes to it’s normal operation state
  6. Configuration is complete
